I think I've written before about my slow conversion to Stumptown coffee as the place for espresso indulgence. I've now been there about 10 times, and whatever it is that they're doing* is the right way to make coffee.
* I mean, I know roughly what they're doing. The right amount of tamping of the beans, good machines, good grinders, lots of practice pulling shots. But the consistency is remarkable.
