I'd like to try them. Although it saddens me to see that we are losing good quality bakers and the craftsmanship behind it, I'm pretty sure that if I did a blind tasting test on those vs man-made ones, I'd probably go for these.
I can't say for sure but that's how these things work. We all say we like Pierre Herme (which I adore) but then we secretly love Duncan Hines, right?
But seriously, I love to know that something I ate has been touched by human hands and all the love that goes into it, even if it's not perfectly shaped or if it's a little bit less "fluffy" than the robot made croissant.
