Steak Diane

Smash a steak of some sort to about half an inch thick. Fry it up in a little butter, until medium.

Remove steak. Add chopped shallots, and then either brandy or broth to deglaze. Add English mustard, cream, and parsley, and let it all bubble until reduced. Add to steak, and in my opinion eat with some decent crusty bread.
