Very nice and simple idea. Boil some tortellini. Add it to a sauce of lemon juice and cream, with lots of parmesan. The real recipe calls for eggs in the sauce, so it's more like a carbonara with cream, but I didn't think that made any sense. Either have lemony carbonara or lemony fettucini (essentially), but no combining, please.
