A quick question

Does "work product"* mean anything different than "work"?

* Compare, "I'm trying to make my work product top notch" and "I'm trying to make my work top notch".

I associate "work product" with written results like memo, briefs, etc. "Work" covers a lot more territory.

That's how we always used it in my corner of the lit department. Your work supervising the Tampa contract attorneys on the document review was good; this work product, the resulting privilege log, will stand up against their ridiculous motion to compel.
