A detox spinach sandwich


In a continuing effort to detox post Ko, I've been keeping fish-o-vegetarian for the week. Dinner last night was this super simple spinach sandwich - some fresh spinach blanched, drained, and then sauteed in olive oil with garlic, flaked red pepper, salt, and pepper, all stuffed into a Sullivan St. ciabatta piccolo with some grated cheese.

that bread looks good... and that's what really counts in a sandwich.

Thanks. The bread was good. Of course, this is with my crappy phone camera, as I didn't have access to the other.
